Dale H. Steakley

Dale H. Steakley is a skilled healthcare executive, with over 17 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of clinical and leadership positions in various healthcare settings. His work has included clinical and management roles in hospitals, nursing facilities, health plans, rehabilitation hospitals, and population health and technology consulting companies. He has worked in various medical specialties in these roles, including medical-surgical, telemetry, hematology, oncology, dialysis, neuroscience, acute and post-acute care nursing and operations, and health plan operations.

Dale holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. He is a registered nurse, licensed nursing home administrator, holds numerous specialty board certifications in nursing and post-acute care leadership, and is an accredited small business consultant. Dale serves as a faculty member and advisor for the National Council of Post-Acute Care Practitioners. He is a member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination, the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants, and the American Nurses Association.

Dale is an advisor for InsPAC, and currently works full-time as the CEO for Ernest Health’s Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital located in Sacramento, California.
