Dr. Aponte is an Executive Health Care professional in the clinical and education areas with over 15 years of experience. Experiences include strategic planning, regulatory accreditation and compliance, health system leadership, collaboration with leaders and other key stakeholders, support of the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization; high quality care and delivery of customer service experiences, partnership relations in a diverse work environment; and execution of full budgetary responsibilities. Additionally, she is an experienced leader who works in a collegial manner with all members of interdisciplinary teams to ensure overall coordination of patient care and ancillary services.
